I’ve heard it 20 years ago while I was a leader in corporate. It’s as true today as it was back then, that change is one of the most important part of what they face as a leader.
I found an article from HBR that states it best, Adaptation is the rule of human existence, not the exception.
Think of ways you can continue to hold conversations with your team around the area of change. Help your team think about change differently and welcome change as an opportunity for creating new innovations or ways of working.
